5 Ways to Utilize Visualization
When we utilize visualization, whatever we’re working towards can not only happen, but we’ll also be ready to receive. ✨
When it’s in the mind, we get to see how we feel & adjust if needs be, before we expend physical energy. What happens in our thoughts can eventually manifest in 3D.
Here are 5 ways you can begin:
How do you want to feel about yourself today?
This is for the energy that you put into yourself, projects, people, & even meals. You can truly own your present moment, how you would like to evolve/grow, and always give yourself credit for where you are in each moment. PS I still ask people of all ages- who do you want to be when you grow up? :)
What food/snacks would you like to enjoy today?
Play around with different foods in your mind first, from what has to be cooked to various seasonings, perhaps that restaurant you’ve been meaning to try, and go with the ones that make you feel excited. Yes, there is totally that balance of how it fits into your health goals, but even if so called ‘not the best foods’ arise, head on back to your ‘why’ of what it means to ‘get healthier’, and have fun with those options. How do you want to feel in interactions with people today?
While we may not be able to anticipate all that comes up, if we visualize & feel into a baseline, we will also know when to take a step back (or apologize for an outburst, etc.) and recalibrate. Or of course, learn for next time! How does your schedule look? Too much, too little?
Regardless of what society says, we can really only accomplish 2-3 tasks on our schedule. If you have more to do, consider putting dashes by them, and stars by the ones you really need to get done. Again, visualize completing each one- if that visualization gives you a sense of completion, star it- if not, and you’re already worried about time, may need to shift a few things around. The good news is that this also gives info to how we can readjust time/activities to feel more in control of our time (& life).Where can you adjust your routine (i.e. health, life, career) to make time for all that makes you smile?
Do you love your exercise routine? Or did you write something down & find yourself doing other activities? Totally ok! What are your hobbies? Do you prefer family or alone time- or does it depend on the moment? Either way, in any of these, the only constant in life is change, and whether it’s adjusting our routine our outlook, how can you smile/ be present more in your routine? I mean it’s your life… why not enjoy the time we have here?
You have the power to prioritize and create the balance you need 💜 Of course if you’d like to learn more about staying consistent, adjusting your routine to not only fit what you enjoy but also one where you can take your health (& life!) to the next level, connect with me here & we’ll create even more of how you would like to feel!
