5 Ways to Raise Your Vibration

We all have moments of feeling unsure, unable to make a decision, or perhaps even needing a minute to just roll it around in our heads.

Whether it’s trying new food, a new exercise program, or even finding a new mentor/teacher. It’s not just the ‘mind’ getting clear on what we want, but it’s allowing our spirit to get clear on what we need.

1) Turn on the radio- Sometimes you never know when a song is going to ‘hit’ you in the right way, who’s lyrics may mean something slightly different this time, or maybe it’s the nostalgia that makes you smile.

2) Have a piece of dark chocolate- Or something kind of sweet. It can help remind us of the sweetness in life.

3) Breathe in your favorite scent- There’s something familiar about this too, where scent helps stimulate our amygdala, the part of our brain that holds emotions.

4) Stand with your hands on your hips, like superman- Remember you’re the boss of your life. You got this, you own this, and if you need a minute, go ahead and take it.

5) Call your best friend- We all have our strengths, and sometimes in a moment of cloudiness, we need those who both know and understand us best to see the big picture or a new perspective.

When it comes to health, our body understands the breaths we take, and the presence we need.
