When healing requires intuition
And it always does
You have the answers
I know it doesn’t always seem like this, but your body is actually smarter than we think! However, it may be giving us lots of signs and symptoms that while cause us issues physically, could actually be sharing some words of wisdom from what it means to get ‘back on track.’ In fact, perhaps the question isn’t so much what you can do for a concern, but asking the question of why and then being in a place to receive all answers.
For example: That 3pm, mid-afternoon crash.
What was your sleep like the night before, or perhaps for awhile now?
Any underlying blood sugar, hormone, heart disease, thyroid, fatigue, pain, etc.?
What was your breakfast and/or lunch like?
What’s your work environment like? Do you like your career/job?
Maybe you really do just want a nap
While coffee is a common go-to solution (that said, I do love my coffee too), but if this ‘crash’ is something that for you never used to happen, and you really would like that energy throughout the day, then a ‘quick fix’ is only going to be like playing wack-a-mole with your health. If the different potential causes aren’t addressed, or kept on a long-term basis, there may be another sign or symptom that can arise.
Now, which questions are popping out at you? Like the one that makes you say yeah… I really need to take care of that. Or maybe it brings up something totally different- fantastic! We really can explore it all, because there’s so much more medicine that’s not always talked about on google- especially tying it all together to make it a fun part of your life.
Health should be fun, just like exploring all the ways your body is speaking to you :) Of course if you’d like to explore some these ideas, let’s chat here!
